Took the intro class a last week ago and it was great! Instructor was so helpful and welcoming. Id definitely recommend giving it a try.
I moved to the area in 2023 after doing aerial for 2 years at another studio and once I started taking classes at Ascend, I immediately felt like part of a family here. I have taken almost every class with each instructor that's been here and every single one of them are amazing, knowledgeable, and most of all very kind! I have been attending beginner level Sling classes for a couple of months and love our instructor Lindsay’s instruction. She explains everything even the simplest moves in so much detail that leaves no room for error, getting injured nor using wrong muscles. She is very good at making spontaneous recommendations and explaining how all the body coordinates which helps me learn and correct my moves easily. She quickly adjusts the moves for us if we are unable to perform them because of prior injury, etc without us reminding he... read more
