Loved my Sunday float. Great way to reset and refocus for the week ahead
Loving my Sunday floats with my wife. I have no idea why i didnt make this a weekly routine sooner.
I’ve never experienced relaxation quite like I did during my visit to Ascend Float Spa. Typically, I get a massage when I want to unwind, but this is a new level of self-care. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm and comfortable in the atmosphere they’ve created. Brooke greeted and took care of me; her kind demeanor and soothing presence helped make my visit perfect from beginning to end. Floating is unlike anything I’ve done, and I will absolutely be back. I honestly cannot recommend it enough!
I love floating at Ascend. The float room I used was open (not closed in like a pod) so I felt very comfortable & relaxed. It’s amazing to feel the effortless buoyancy and to simply float. The water feels comfortably warm & you absorb magnesium with all that Epsom salt you float in. The water & facility are super clean. I highly recommend adding this to your routine if you want to reduce stress, tension or pain!
The host was fantastic, and the float was a great experience!
