Brandon and his team are an amazing set of trainers high energy and fun to be around they keep you motivated and truly care that you succeed. Customer service is top notch if you have never been to a gym this place is for you very inviting and they really work with you to build your strength and push you to do better and get stronger, I have never been to a gym and was intimidated but they made me feel right and home and walked me through each exercise. Before I started to be an Ascend Fitness I had problems with staying on track with my meals and working out. In the last year I gained 12 lbs! Due to stress and not staying on tack with my eating habits. That’s is why I decided to join this Challenge. Not only did I lose 12 lbs but I gained back my confidence!!!
