Had a few questions after the first consultation. Felt a bit over welled. With the app and book everything. Kind of disappointed that we don’t get to work out with the first coach we met. But when I went in there was no one to talk to up front and when I coach did come up all he said is watch the video( which I still haven’t seen about MINDBODY). Amazing! I wish could give more than 5 stars. The best gift you could give yourself is a membership with Ascend. Easy to start with their 6 week Fit For Life Program. The coaches who are fabulous at what they do, give individualized attention to any previous injuries and create a training program accordingly. It's all done with great enthusiasm and encouragement. With an event that left my right arm totally disabled unable to lift anything use my knife for food prep or eating brushing my hair putting g on my shoes and the list goes on …… the MRI was and still is forthcoming - 6 months now and still waiting - I realized that I had to deal with this situation after no amount of chiro, Nucca, acupuncture, physio and massage therapy failed to bring back mobility and was costing me a huge amount of money It all started with me reactivating my hot yoga membership where the infra red helped... read more
I guess it’s been nearly a year and a half since our return to Ascend Fitness do to needed surgery’s etc. Theres been a lot of great additions and positive changes to Ascend on our return. Very excited to be back to the Ascend family. All the trainers are very kind and professional and we are very lucky to have our previous trainer Lindsay looking after us again. Always enjoy the positive encouragement from the trainers and emails. Awesome atmosphere to workout in. 10/10 from us!
