I recently joined Ascend, and I can't say enough great things! It's woman-owned, so clean, the music is fun, and I'm never bored during a workout. Amanda & Salina are my favorite coaches. I really appreciate their soft pushes, and sometimes they'll suggest a heavier weight when I wouldn't have known to on my own. They're amazing and I love their confidence in our abilities!
Enrolled for their trial membership and have already participated in two classes. The distinction between an owner-managed establishment and a large big box is immediately evident. The atmosphere is very personal, the schedule offers ample flexibility, the coaches will watch out for correct form, and the classes were fantastic! 7 star establishment!
Absolutely love everything about this gym. The owner and trainer and knowledgeable and super friendly and caring.
Haven’t been to the gym in years and the owner, Amanda, made me feel comfortable and was so encouraging during the workout! Highly recommend for those looking to get back in the gym!
