Ascend is the best group fitness studio I have ever been to! Salina, Mo, and Dan all plan the best/ most challenging workouts every time and are so encouraging! If you are thinking about joining Ascend, DO IT!!! :)

I’ve been a member of Ascend for over two years now—it’s not only the longest gym membership I’ve ever stuck with but also the most consistent I’ve been in my fitness journey. The workouts leave me feeling strong and confident, the coaches are incredibly supportive, and the amazing community have turned into friends.
I cannot say enough good things about Ascend. Amanda and the coaches are fantastic with workout planning, instruction, and helping with form or scalability of exercises. They make it easy and fun to stick to a consistent workout schedule.
