Been a member for approx 10yrs love every session 🙏🏻 no session is ever the same. It’s like having your own personal trainer motivating you at every session but in a group setting. We are like a gym family now, we all know each other by name as members and encourage and support one another!
I've been going to Ascend Fit for a few years now. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. I had a goal to do Ultimate Athlete before turning 60 which I did this year in April, with 7 months spare. I couldn't have done it without the support of the coaches, especially Liam, and the wider Ascend Fit family. Highly recommend this gym
I have been a member since opening in Glen Innes. It is an amazing place. Liam and his team do a fantastic job of both running the gym and creating a real community of like minded people. It’s not an impersonal money making machine it’s a place that’s fun to visit managed and run by people that actually care.
