Talked with Jeffrey A today and he was kind enough to listen. He gave me some options that I had no idea were possible legally. He stipulated that he would stay in touch with me as to what option I decide. Ascend was the first company that I talked to as a lot of people have called. They seemed to be very honest and trust worthy.
