I went in to get a new debit card since I had a fraudulent charge show up on my account, and Kelsey was able to not only resolve that but also informed me about Ascend's high-yield savings account! Being a long term member, I hadn't heard much about it but she was super knowledgeable and I was so glad that Ascend was offering such a competitive product!! Everyone there always greets you with a smile and is very customer centric. The new branch on South Church is amazing and so convenient!
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a very, very long time. I’ve been a customer for over 20 yrs and have noticed a slow decline in the lobby experience since their move towards automation. Honestly, I would gladly deal with a computer over the two young ladies I dealt with today. I tried to withdraw $100 in quarters for a gift and was treated like I was trying to rob the place. Just when I had resolved to not be able to deal with a live person unless I had a true issue. On a recent visit, Kelsey Tobin went out of her way to explain some options of the credit union I had no idea about and then help me get involved in it. In addition to taking care of my small problem, she recommend a service that would benefit me. I really appreciate her help, it really made my day!
