Stephanie, Keyona, and Rhyheim were very personable and explained everything I needed.
I wanted to give Anna Sanchez 5 star because she worked hard to fine something I was needing. I had been to two other Ascends. She made my day.
Had a minor banking issue and Gina Redmond was extremely helpful with not only getting it resolved but also with her attention to detail and care. Looking forward to going back soon to work with her on my future needs as she is very understanding and really wants to help in achieving your financial goals.
After waiting in line for ten minutes while a branch service representative sat at her office desk drinking a Coke, I was advised by three people, including the branch manager, to come back the following day to open an account. Don’t waste your time at this location!
