Stephanie at the main street branch went above and beyond for your customer. She is extremely welcoming and exceeds expectations. Her knowledge of banking, customer service, and her energy impeccable.
Manager Dean and front desk receptionist Stephanie both need to be retrained in quality customer service. A bank not wanting to take payment and giving attitude towards a customer of over 10 years is appalling. Do better. Customer service was amazing over the phone and sadly had to apologize for Dean and Stephanie, who would NOT apologize for their mistakes in person and doubled down that they were not wrong.
Anna at main Street did an exceptional job with a very stressful situation with a title company. We are so grateful for her professionalism.
She did great very helpful if she didn’t know the info she was able to find out really quick
