In the midst of this chaos and confusion, my card declined while attempting to make a purchase. I called the contact center and they were unable to locate my account. I am really concerned about my money. Everyone be aware!

My experience at the Franklin RD location was great up until I had an encounter with a woman named Shannon Bushman. I was supposed to come sign and receive my credit card based off of my auto loan. Her Being nosey, She miscalculated my income instead of asking me exactly how often did i get paid a month. Which is weekly. She messed up everything that i had planned that was necessary. When I entered the location today she ran to the back when she seen me. I guess she knew she was gone catch the short end of my stick . Whew.
Franklin rd branch in Murfreesboro TN is a training location. They have people to help you with banking & not talking to a screen. Love the people. so nice and professional.
the people who work at this branch very warm,good hearted and always willing to help.
Been member for years and furious at slow service in drive thru today. Took me literally 30 minutes to get through it this evening. This is unacceptable!
