I read the one person's review that said it was worth actually giving them a chance and thought that I might do the same. I wasted over a week trying to contact these people and have now given up. I filled out the form on their website and left multiple messages over the course of several days that all went unanswered. I read the reviews posted on this website and was concerned about moving forward with my appointment to meet with a therapist. However, after speaking to Amy at the center I decided to give it a try. My experience exceeded my expectations. From the way I was treated by the administrative staff to the amazing services provided by the our therapist, Dan Schmoyer, I could not have been more impressed. Only about the money. Bill like an attorney instead of like a counselor. Only care about that. This place takes on too much. Super hard to schedule. They barely answer any questions. All they want is to take your money. They don't care about the harm that comes to the family. They are so overbooked they can't even answer anything in a timely fashion . They even try to commit insurance fraud as well. Do not go here.

If I would have known the questionable ethical practices that are done at this mental health office prior to bringing my family to them I would never have done so. I feel that by doing so they created more harm for my family. We are now seeking help by a therapist who cares about the patient not just about the money.
