I would like to thank Tyson and the Ascend team, I went to Tyson about 10 weeks ago with a goal of competing in powerlifting, and last weekend i didnt just compete i got first in my class, I can't recommend Tyson high enough as a coach and trainer. Cheers again Tyson next stop 300
I have been supported by DVA Exercise Physiologists around Australia, and none have come to the level of Ascend Physiology. They operate in a manner conducive with focussed outcomes, improved health, and well-being. With EPs and Sports Scientists at the ready to change your life. I am supported by Jess and Jonas, who, in my personal opinion, are experts in their field and make training and rehabilitation fun and outcome oriented.
I would like to personally thank the whole team but especially Nikita and Henri. These people are fully focused on making a persons life better. They enjoy seeing their clients progress and achieve goals they never thought possible. As much as it is hard work for me, I am so proud of the progress I am making. If you want to improve your health in many ways, you I can't recommend Ascend enough.
