I called to get assistance with my elevator. The owner of all people was extremely rude. I asked them to come out; she said “I” can’t come out until next. I simply asked why would it take so long and doesn’t this company have more than one technician available. This lady proceeds to have the most pathetic frantic breakdown saying she trying to be nice to me and I have an attitude tells me to find another company then hangs up on me. The staff at Ascend Elevator are always so accommodating. When ever we have issues they are quick to get back to us and schedule us as soon as they can. They always treat us as a valued customer and make us feel appreciated. The office and service staff are always friendly. They are reliable and are always there when scheduled for monthly maintenance.
My review sadly is poor, although these folks were pleasant to communicate with my results were poor. I had elevator issues so I contacted them, they assured me that they could handle my problem however after several visits they remained stumped. They did however figure the billing part out as I was charged nearly $3,000.00 For zero results. I contacted a different firm and they figured it out in 45 minutes, returned and had me up and running for less than half what I was charged. I am a businessman so it hurts to leave this... read more
