Marjorie Johnson was recommended by a family member who she had previously helped. I reached out to her following a series of back-to-back losses where I witnessed a great deal of illness and suffering. I attended a Mindfulness Class with Marjorie Johnson at Ascend Counseling. This was an extremely helpful experience in learning how to deal with the stressors of life. It made me cognizant of my thoughts and feelings and taught me how to relax and not be reactive, but rather proactive when dealing with an uncomfortable situation. I have also benefited from Marjorie Johnson's Mindfulness CD. I would recommend Marjorie Johnson's class on Mindfulness without hesitation. Excellent course!

I had the good fortune of attending one of Marjorie's Meditation Groups and found the experience to be extremely helpful to me in my everyday life. Not only did I learn the process of meditation, but also had the pleasure of meeting several individuals who have benefited from Marjorie's expertise in the past. I am looking forward to attending another one of her groups in the future, and have highly recommended her services to others.
