The class was a blast. Great workout but also so fun! Got to fly in the first beginner class. Instructor was upbeat, taught each move well with alternative suggestions based on physical fitness! Definitely can’t wait for the next class!
Ascend bungee fitness is my favorite place to work out! I come here 2-3 times a week. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there is a good variety of different class types to take like cardio burn, trx, and bootcamp style workouts.
I look forward to starting my week with Doreen’s 9:30am bungee and boxing class. Followed by Tuesday, Wednesday and sometimes Thursday’s 9:30am level 1 or 2 classes. I end my week with a special 11:00am Balance, Recovery and Mobility class. Each class is different, safe, and so fun. The instructors are talented and truly knowledgeable. Lin
