This is a great workout for anyone looking for a low-impact, high-cardio session. It’s so much fun to fly, and the instructors are awesome. There are multiple types of classes to suit different needs and fitness levels. I highly recommend this establishment!
Amazing instructor, clean space, and really fun class!!! Did it as a group for an event and we all had so much fun!
I attended my second class today, and had a really good cardio workout while having fun! Kandance is very welcoming to those new to bungee fitness, and the class regulars were too.
