We had a forced Reno due to flooding. Although not an ideal situation to be in Mona, Chelsea and their staff made the experience smooth and seamless. They were quick to respond, easy to communicate with and always courteous and professional. It was wonderful knowing we were in good hands with a company that delivers high-quality work and on time. Would work with them again and will definitely recommend to our family and friends.
Amazing renovator and builder, I am a designer and every project I've collaborated with them on has been a pleasure. What an amazing experience from beginning to end. The high level of professionalism, communication and workmanship absolutely exceeded my expectations. It's 2024 and I shouldn't have to bring up gender, but if you have any doubts about working with a female led team, let me put your doubts to rest. Mona and her team at Ascend Builders just completed a mini kitchen remodel for us. We are super happy with the end result. Mona was fantastic to work with - she is very passionate about the work her team does and holds them to a high standard. She is a great communicator - kept us posted on plans and progress throughout the project. Mona had a great vision for our project and took the reins in implementing it - making it painless for us.
