I have to agree with some reviewer that I would give it a negative star if I could. they came to evaluate my son and told us that how much we expected to pay. When they finally did the assessment, they charged my insurance company twice of that amount and an additional $270 from us. we went to their parental portal to pay it, the website did not work. Our therapy got off to a rocky start, but after having several months of experience with Ascend, I'm chalking that up to company growing pains. I've talked quite a bit with the company owners and various staff, and overall, they seem to genuinely care about their customers and patients. If I could give negative stars for this company I would!!!! My son who is diagnosed as moderate to severe autistic was with the company for almost 3 months. Before services started I was really excited about starting ABA in home. Communication was great emails and phone calls were made regularly to ensure everything was done for the “on boarding process” as soon as the insurance approval was done the honeymoon was over.
