This complex (because it's not community like) is made up of two types of people. Some of us, who chose this complex because of it being in a suburban area with prominent schools and others, who are just looking for another apt complex to destroy. The structural build is very thin. This has been addressed to upstairs tenats. We have voiced our concerns to said neighbors, the office, and even the community officer.
