The exterior areas of the apartments are unsanitary and unclean (scuffs all over the walls, dog poop everywhere, spider webs all over), the package room is inefficient and packages never get scanned in, there is no move out procedure - I had to reach out and mention that we moved out and were not resigning per their requested 2 months and they still contacted us and asked for our keys after we had already moved out and left them in the apartment. Avoid Northshore apartments at all costs. Lived here for 2 years and here was my experience. Regarding the physical apartment complex: there is nothing luxury about this place, you are paying for peel and stick "vinyl" directly on top of plywood (pray you have no furniture over 50 pounds or your floor is screwed). The appliances constantly break and maintenance will do a bandaid fix that might last a couple months. The complex is FULL of dog waste all over sidewalks and the grass. My apartment complex in downtown salt lake was more luxury then these apartments are. We just moved in and the apartment we moved into reeks of sewer sulphur I cannot even walk inside without gagging. They say they set up our Internet and we have been paying for it for 5 days and we don't even have it set up in the apartment yet. I might just be feeling overwhelmed with the status of our home as it doesn't really fit with the luxury apartments in its name. My only complaint was that the personnel turnover was too great, so I never had time to get to know the worker bees.
