AC has been out for a month. They overcharged 600$ in the first month. They refuse to do any type of compensation or credit. My ac currently is flooding my apartment with refrigerant. They haven’t addressed a single item from my punchlist/walkthrough after months of being here. Place is a joke. They don’t care at all. Don’t waste your time. Not worth all the hassle
I lived here for over two years, and I had a terrible experience. From extremely loud upstairs neighbors that took multiple noise complaints from myself and other tenants for the landlords to take actions, to the owners not giving back my deposit though they stated they would and said they sent out my check multiple times, but I never received it. There's seriously spiders and webs everywhere you look, but if you cross the street to Beach Park there's not a single web on it's picnic tables or pavilions.
