This is quite literally THE worst place to live. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. I VERY unfortunately had to live there for 4 years, and I have NEVER been treated so terribly! Management (especially right now) is absolutely terrible, they lied to my face, and literally scammed me out of $5,000, which they blew off and wouldn't even look into, despite my fastidious notes and records. I’ve lived here for a year and I don’t have enough good things to say about it. First the apartment so cute And the best Apartment I’ve ever rented. And the clubhouse is so fun there’s a great gym and a pool with a hot tub it’s always so clean. My building is always quiet neighbors are great too. And the staff is absolutely amazing the maintenance team has come a couple of times to fix things just normal wear and tear and they’re so kind And so respectful of my space! Visited a friend today in building F. The hallways smelled so rank from the trashes being left outside the doors, the carpet was stinky and spotted everywhere. We had to use the opposite end of the building from her apartment because the West door has been broken for months she said! When we went up the stairs, there was melted ice cream on the stairs that has been there since she moved in, also months ago! "Luxury apartments".... Should also have "luxury repair services"... The entire Northshore Apartments office staff is helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They’re always friendly and willing to help. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and welcoming. I especially love the community events the office puts together for holidays, “National Donut Day” back to school activities, and more. They really do a great and thoughtful job for the community!
The team at Northshore Apartments has been wonderful! Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and courteous, and they create such a positive atmosphere in the community. I really appreciate how approachable the staff is and how they make residents feel appreciated. It’s clear that they put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
