Honestly, since this new administration has been the worst. Their workers are hateful and unfriendly. They solve problems for their own benefit and not for the tenant's benefit. I don't recommend it as a place to live. What a disappointment.
In my experience, when The Accent was managed by the company that built the complex, the overall standard of service was outstanding. Rent and the additional garage were always paid on time, and every interaction was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I came by for a tour and the community is beautiful. You can definitely tell the staff care of the community. But GENESIS, is on another level. She broke down each and every cost and made it easy to understand. She is friendly, encouraging, and completely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable either my choice in Ascend at 1385.
