Nazareth helped us for the lease signing and tour. She was so patient and let us spin the wheel - we got a coffee machine. We signed the lease in office - she was so patient and even the property manager offered us 8 weeks free for a newly built home which is more luxurious than Plano apartments. And coming to greystar - they have an easy use applications for payments and rewards too. It's so smooth overall. Need to move in in few days! I'll post more after move in and 6 months.
Pepe, our new maintenance personnel, is doing an outstanding job. The other day, there was a broken bottle at a busy intersection of the parking lot—a main area where people and cars pass through. I alerted him, and he promptly addressed the hazard. It’s surprising that the person who dropped it didn’t clean it up, as it could have posed a serious risk to kids, pets, and vehicles. His quick action helps keep our community safe and looking great. Pepe deserves recognition for his attentiveness and dedication.
