Mohammed came over to look at my cooktop on the day I called him. He ordered a part and came back when the part came in and fixed the cooktop. The price was reasonable. He is professional, friendly, and very effective. I plan to use Ascend for all of my appliance repairs.
Our Kenmore refrigerator(manufactured by Daewoo) stopped cooling and I called Ascend to see if they could come out and take a look. Mohammed came out the same day and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He told me what part was needed and told me to give him a few days to find it via his distributor since it wasn't available on Sears Parts Direct. Mohammed was very responsive, actually arrived ahead of time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. I strongly recommend him.
My oven stopped heating and after a quick search online we came across Ascend Appliance Services, and I am very glad I did. After a quick conversation with Mohammed, he got my oven model number and scheduled service the next day. He showed up on time and had the part he needed already on hand. After a quick part replacement the oven is back up and running! Thank you so much and I would very much recommend Ascend Appliance Services and Mohammed.
Needed to get my dryer repaired, and called Ascend in the morning. Mohammed picked right up and scheduled me for the next day. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, pick-up the parts, and get it installed, and I had a working dryer again, all within 2hrs. Highly Recommend!!
