Luis from Elite Energy came to conclude the process that was started by another company. Luis provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to conclude this long awaited process. Elite Energy took on the job of connecting the solar panels that another company placed and abandoned. Reyes and his men came in, obtained all necessary approvals and got the panels connected and functioning. Reyes and Luis are always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend elite!! i live in NM and they made the drive to look at my newly installed water heater! They were able to explain the issue, find the problem and fix it within 30 minutes or less! Very thankful they showed up on a weekend and on a holiday!
