Jose has TERRIBLE communication skills. Just called to try and explain that the company RentGrow (which is all run by AI and has had multiple lawsuits against it for violations of the FCA) had denied me for an illegitimate reason, he was rude and abrasive. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, Taylor is always on top of it and so professional in finding suitable homes they are in my budget. Always go to Taylor!
I can confidently say this was the best complex I’ve ever lived in. From maintenance to management, I had zero complaints. It’s refreshing to see there are still places that actually want to provide a home rather than a quick money grab. I would recommend to make sure the unit is “professionally cleaned” upon signing the lease but that goes without saying. If I didn’t need an upsize I definitely would have stayed.
