I’ve lived at Ascend Apartments since 2019 and have seen a few management companies come and go. The current team has been here for the last three years, and they’ve done a great job taking care of the community. Jose and Gene in the leasing office are always friendly and genuinely helpful. Erik in maintenance is quick to respond whenever I need something, and it’s nice to see the staff out around the property keeping everything clean. I have lived here since end of March 2026. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences from our very first tour to now, Gene is AMAZING!!! He is very great to work with and has been nothing but helpful. Apartment complex is very nice, neighbors are respectful of quiet hours. We love it here.
Gene and Jose could not have given us a better experience!! My husband and I toured and fell in love with the place! We are so fortunate that we could get in right away!! We are new to the area and Gene and Jose answered all of our questions and were just so beyond helpful. They were so prompt and attentive - I’ve never had such a positive experience like this, and I will not forget it! This team is so awesome, we are really happy and excited to be here.
My husband and I lived here for a full year and our entire experience was such a positive one. Jose the property manager genuinely cares for his tenants and Erik in maintenance always checked in with us. I'm grateful to have been blessed with such a kind and caring team.
Just moved into a 1-bedroom on the first floor at Ascend and so far it’s been a really good experience. Gene in the leasing office made everything super easy from the start. He was quick to respond, answered all my questions, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Move-in day went really smooth, which I appreciated.
