Sellers and buyers should pay close attention to who they choose to represent them. My experience with Ricardo showed a level of communication and professionalism I would never accept from someone holding the title of broker. Negotiations do not always work out, but disrespectful and dismissive behavior is completely unnecessary. Ricardo’s communication left a very poor impression. As a broker, professionalism, courtesy, and respect should be the minimum standard in every transaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I would not choose to work with him again.
A broker’s attitude can make or break a transaction. Unfortunately, Ricardo showed poor judgment, zero tact, and very little respect for professional communication. Not someone I would choose to work with.
