I must say Ricardo was on top of things on my sale. We didn’t think it would take as long as it did to sale the house, but he made it happen. There’s just a lot of houses in Bakersfield that’s in the same price range. I really appreciated the hard work you put in, and the communication between us. I want to Thank You Ricardo and If I have another one in the near future you will be my go to guy.

Ricardo and AAA Realty knocked it out of the park for me. I needed to sell my parents house but did not know where to start. It was completely overwhelming. After talking with Rick it was obvious he knew the neighborhood and where to set the asking price. He scheduled a landscaper to spruce up the yard and then set up a team to come in and begin the process of emptying out the house, salvaging some and tossing the rest.
