Had a procedure at the institute on June 10th. Excellent people working there! They were professional , hard working and went beyond explaining what was happening!
While there was a long wait for one of my appointments, I was pleased to see that the next appointment went very quickly which tells me that the long wait I had previously was dealt with. The staff was wonderful and Dr Lowell was attentive and explained everything as usual. He is a pleasure and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable.
