My first experience with them. I need that standard doughnut float that is used in many small engines. I called and talked to someone in the parts department who obviously never has repaired a small engine in their life. He wanted all these numbers off the engine and then told me it’s been discontinued. Geez… Thirty seconds on Amazon I had it ordered. No wonder these places are going out of business. They probably have 10 of those floats on the ahelf but can’t sell them because of ignorance of their employees.
Excellent customer service, great pricing. My husband looked for a lawn mower for weeks, and this was --by far--the best service we received. Would recommend to anyone, and will happily use them again.
