We hired ASC Construction Inc. out of Otis Orchards, to build a 36' x 60' garage / shop for us in the fall of 2014. Dennis, the owner of the company, seemed like a nice, personable man. We signed a contract with him in early October. We expected our building to be completed in about 6-8 weeks. There were delays due to weather, but mostly delays happened because his workers were not here very often. His communication with us was horrible.
