Good, trustworthy, thorough, honest. I appreciate the up front conversations about repairs and costs. They give good advice on what repairs they see coming and what time frame they should be addressed. No pressure.
ASC recommended a towing company for my disabled vehicle, diagnosed the issue, and repaired my car rapidly as they had said they would. Ride service to get back to the shop was really appreciated, and communication from the shop was excellent. It’s really great to find a business that you feel will do right by you and you feel you can trust.
I initially stopped to schedule an appointment. Owner Kevin went for a ride to listen for “the sound”. Even though he couldn’t hear “the sound” based on my description he explained what steps they would take to troubleshoot (starting with the least expensive). Kevin then politely handed me off to the 2 representatives (Concierge Providers) whom scheduled and reviewed all the items to be addressed on the actual appointment date. I am 100% pleased..SOUND GONE !!!
Very efficient, friendly, and accommodating staff. It is reassuring to know that my vehicle is getting serviced & looked out for by this auto center.
