Kevin, Lisa, Cam and all of the gang at ASC are simply the best! We’ve being taking our vehicles to Kevin since he opened in 2004, and not once have we been disappointed with our service. The team at ASC takes the time to listen, provides practical solutions, and does not try to sell you on parts or fixes you don’t need. They communicate with you all the way through your repair and don’t complete any work without your approval. I love that they now utilize texting, online appointment booking, and online consent for repairs.
Alex and Cam were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They got us in and our problems diagnosed very quickly. Ordered some new electronics, installed them, and got us back out on the road 😀. If you are having problems with your ride check these guys out! Shop is neat and clean. Waiting room is comfortable. Really A+++++
Quoted me three times the amount for a repair compared to a trusted shop. Vehicle was picked up with a disconnected exhaust system which was not an issue when it arrived. They didn't even mention this over the phone. Called to address these issues and was given excuses instead of solutions. Very unimpressed. Will not be going back. UPDATE....I did get the repair completed elsewhere by a highly trained technician using OEM parts for a third of the cost. Pays to look around and find those "unlikely" solutions after all. Super impressed with ASC! Not only do they diagnose and check everything your car needs, but they have the very best communication I’ve ever had for mechanical services that make your car life choices easier and less stressful. I appreciate the advice and direct honesty that the staff provide for recommendations. I will definitely be returning for all my car maintenance needs and recommending to others. Thank you so much for taking care of my Dad’s car. You guys are the best!
