Great customer service and very professional. Called them on a Monday and had my Durango fixed on Thursday. Ill be calling ASC for my future needs on all my vehicles.
After several unsuccessful attempts to get an A/C leak found and corrected at another repair shop for my 2012 Acadia, the team at ACS found it, showed me the leak on the hose, and replaced it. Now I finally have continuous A/C. It was an expensive repair due to GM’s design that I cannot do at home. Worth it to us rather than payments on a newer vehicle. Went in for a diagnosis for my AC that has been working on and off (blowing hot air and squealing most of the time). They quoted me for a leak test which I agreed to. I asked for an estimate before any repairs be done, just wanted to know what was wrong with it. They changed the cabin air filter without asking for permission, did not do the leak test they said they would do, and charged me for the repair which I did not ask for. I had a fantastic experience with this mechanic shop! They finally fixed a long-standing A/C issue that other places couldn’t figure out. They also did a full check-up and got my car running like new again. The service was honest, fast, and professional. Highly recommend them if you want your car taken care of the right way!
Went there for an oil change about three months ago. Do not recommend going unless if you want to pay +$50 extra than going to a different auto shop. They attempted to charge me an extra $150 for extra gizmos and expected me to walk out of there paying +$300 when I only expected to pay around $100.
