Father in law was patient here 3 years ago and received very poor care. Received a bill for over $18,000 and to this day never received an invoice showing hospice, Medicare and private nursing home payments. Have asked over multiple times and no response. Called the business office less than month ago and different employee would not help my husband and I . We have a local lawyer involved and have an appointment Monday with well known law firm to get medical records and billing info. Never received copies of medical re odds ... read more
Asbury has the best residents and staff! The care is excellent and the food is fantastic! Many activities for the residents, and the families are always involved. It is truly one of the best facilities around Putnam County.
