I’ve been a resident for 4 years, and I love it here. It’s clean, quiet, and my neighbors are good people. My apartment is just the right size for my dog and me, but if my husband were still alive there would be plenty of room for him as well. There is free bus service to various supermarkets as well as monthly trips to the post office and various banks. And the location, right across from the beach, is ideal. My sister has lived there for almost 5 years. Every staff person I have interacted with has been friendly. Management is responsive and proactive. I have never seen a dirty rug or floor anywhere. They have nice facilities and a huge front patio facing the ocean. Also have parking I'm so happy my sis has a great place. They treat residents with respect and dignity.
