I dropped in at Asbury Park Fitness today for the open workout. I was pretty nervous not being at my home gym. From the moment I walked in the door the coaches, owner and community put me at ease. Everyone was so welcoming I felt right a home. I highly recommend dropping in or joining. Great gym all around!! I’ll be back next week for 26.3 Update on my review. Once again health issues had me pause working out. Now after an operation and healing time I am so excited to get back to the gym and the gym community I love, A.P.C.F (Asbury Park CrossFit)!
