I happened to drive by this CrossFit gym while on vacation and decided to stop in. Originally just to buy a shirt. But right away, I was warmly welcomed and invited to come back during class time to do a WOD. I’m so glad I did! Just took my first class at Asbury Park CrossFit and must say that it was a pleasure! The coaches went above/beyond to make this experience great for me overall. Was hesitant about starting a new gym but I felt very welcomed here from the moment walking in to the moment I left. Sarah and the team are gems and they're really doing something great here. Dropped in today—awesome experience! The coaching was top-notch, super fun workout, and the facility was really clean. Everyone was very welcoming, and the community vibe was great. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!
Wow! What a great box! Visiting from out of state and wanted try do The Open 25.1. Found APCF was close and dropped in. Their website is informative and easy to navigate. Signed waiver & paid online . Went to 7am class and caught the cool down of 6am. Coach Sarah was checking in with the athletes-great to see! She greeted me as soon as she finished.
