Amazing class, expert coaching - highly recommend
Took my first ever crossfit class here this morning and I was super impressed. The atmosphere was welcoming, and Christie was awesome as a coach! She did a great job of explaining all the workouts, being supportive, and pushing me to what I was capable of. I highly recommend anyone looking for crossfit gym to check them out. I'll definitely be back to take more classes!
I love dropping in at Asbury Park Fitness whenever I’m visiting from DC. I can confidently say this place is outstanding! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the community is incredibly supportive. Coach Sarah, in particular, deserves a special shoutout. She's always so encouraging and has a knack for helping you achieve your fitness goals. Thanks to her, I finally learned how to string together kipping pullups.
Awesome gym! Dropped in and will be back!
