When they finally did answer the phone (after 3 days of calling) the girl couldn't answer a single question. And these weren't complicated queries: "Do you have (insert medical device) in stock? How quickly can (device) be obtained if not? I honestly don't know how this place stays in business.
Edited: Under New ownership everything has changed, better service.
