Giving an extra star purely for the customer service. Otherwise, this would be a 1-star review. Both the person on the phone and the electrician who came out the next day were nice and helpful. However, the pricing of this place is absolutely ridiculous. First red flag should have been that they charge a $90 service fee just to have someone come out. In case you're wondering that service fee does NOT apply to the cost of any work they do. Then they quoted nearly $800 for a basic exhaust fan replacement, no frills or outdated... read more

Absolutely poor quality! Do not use them! And they're commercial is absolutely rediculous!
