I’m very satisfied with the work Ryan did here. He probably saved my home from burning down. The receptacles he replaced were in very bad shape. Burned wires, melted plastic, good grief. I highly recommend Asbury Electric to anyone that needs work done. Very reasonable rates, very professional, and everything is thoroughly explained. Great company
Last night we had what we felt was an emergency issue. I called Asbury and, within 2 minutes, they professionally steered me to call Dominion power who came out and fixed the issue at no charge to us. Asbury could have sent out a technician to our home after hours and charged us for the visit. Not only did they do the right thing in not coming out after hours and charging us, they called this morning to see if everything was ok. Don’t use them because they will not tell you that $89 is just travel, they make it sound like they will include checking the generator, he opened the cover said oh nothing I can see, didn’t even touched it. Then asked me for $500+ to do diagnostics that doesn’t include the $89. So I’m paying around $700 and knowing these type of companies they will tell you oh this part is not included you need to pay xx amount. I’m done of they let companies like this operating like this.
