If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this place for breakfast with my family for my birthday; my son ordered a milkshake, and the waitress said it would take a while. She served everyone else's drinks and even the food, but my son's drink still hadn't arrived. When my husband asked about the milkshake, she replied with a nasty attitude, saying she didn't have time to make it, had other priorities, and would do it if she found a moment—but if not, she simply wouldn't charge for it.
