I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. They initially came to my home in December without providing any notice, which caused unnecessary inconvenience to my neighbors. Additionally, they did not complete the work as instructed, requiring a return visit to address unfinished items. I recently had an unexpected asbestos spill occur in my condo which required cleaning in order for my home to be considered habitable again. Jerry was prompt and came out to look at my unit the day after I called him. Shortly after that, he provided a detailed estimate of the scope of work and a quote, which seemed reasonable compared to others in the industry (I had gotten two other quotes). They came out to give me an estimate but they didn't get back to me until I called them again 2 weeks later. They had the wrong email on file and were supposedly gonna send the send the estimate soon once I have them the right one. But now almost 4 weeks later I still haven't heard anything back. If you don't want to do business with a customer that's fine at least be communicative. Manuel & Geo came out and did a great job! They were super polite, eager to please, and happy to walk me through the process. If I had my own Asbestos company I would scoop them up for myself.
The team here was so quick to respond, helpful, and were great at collaborating with my insurance to make sure I got everything done right. Omar in particular was amazing at easing my concerns and even working with my time zone changes when I was abroad for work. I hope I never need to do asbestos abatement again but, if I had to, I’d hire this team again in a heartbeat.
