Can't recommend Capital Abatement enough. I was in the middle of a floor replacement project when I found asbestos. Maria was absolutely top notch. Not only she conducted the inspection, that confirmed the asbestos, on a Saturday, but also made sure to fit me in as soon as possible and in between other jobs, so I could continue with replacing the floor. Hired to abatement a condo in a high rise in downtown; while it was a bit slow on the communication, they were super friendly, very professional and the quality, price and speed of work was right on! The pricing was half of other companies’ estimates and gave me exactly what I needed.
