We’ve been dealing with Edgar at Asbeck Custom Car Audio for almost two years, trying to get our Jeep’s sound system to work as promised and the experience has been nothing short of awful. Every time we’ve brought it back, he’s kept it far longer than quoted. The most recent time he said it would take a week; instead, he had it for two months. Decided to visit a small business for an upgrade on my Jeep. This shop is small and in a local neighborhood. It has a store front and a big bay. The owner is very knowledgeable and kind. He showed me several packages of speakers, amps, and lights. I went with a mid-grade package. He installed my system, which sounds amazing.
