Purchased a new home in 2023 , we did have a couple of minor issues but to ASB's credit they made in right. As a landscape contractor myself I am always in new neighborhoods and I can honestly say they are definitely one the best builder's in the Louisville metro area. We purchased a new one story house built by ASB Builders. We did not find it soon enough to ask for any variations or additions except for added insulation in the garage and a bigger patio. The representative was very pleasant to deal with concerning these requests and all other questions we had. The home is well built. It is well insulated, corners are done nicely, trimming is done well. Part of the touch up paint was missed, but they came back and fixed it all. Just moved into a new ASB home.
