We purchased a home when it was in the foundation stage and customized it with a second kitchen, large screened deck and widened driveway. ASB was very helpful throughout the selection of finishes thru the construction phase. They kept us well informed of the progress and our site superintendent was prompt in answering any questions. We have been living in our new home over two months and still have remind ourselves that we are living in our dream home.

UPDATED: After being in our ASB house for a year I have changed my rate from 5 stars to 4 stars. During the 11 month warranty check, I was informed that the 2 sinking areas in the yard, the sod I paid extra for that has died and the dozen of quarter size chips in the driveway are NOT covered under warranty. The sod was laid on fill dirt and we followed watering instruction given to us. But, it still died. I'm having to pay to have the sodded and seeded area of the yard redone. We recently built a custom home with ASB and had a great experience! Laura Shade was very personal and had several meetings with us to make sure we got everything we wanted. Robby was our superintendent for the building process and was very attentive and responsive for everything we needed. The few issues that did arise were handled very quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them as a builder!

Purchased a new home in 2023 , we did have a couple of minor issues but to ASB's credit they made in right. As a landscape contractor myself I am always in new neighborhoods and I can honestly say they are definitely one the best builder's in the Louisville metro area. They keep their job sites clean and neat. From personal experience I can say they really care about their clients. While I am at it Robbie in particular was a pleasure to deal with.
