Love, love, love Kim and Scott! I needed a new battery for my car and it wasn't your usual battery installation. There are wires that had to be disconnected, a plate and bracket had to be removed, and computer chips that had to be disconnected as well. They made sure my battery had a full charge and Scott installed it for me at my convenience. I would recommend Asa's to anybody!
Once they realize they can't perform the repair, they'll charge you for parts and labor anyways. Incompetent people that can't diagnosis anything more than a flat tire, and just throw the parts cannon at your vehicle, on your dime. Living up to the stereotype of a crooked shop.
Brought my truck in for multiple/random misfire, paid over $1,400 to get my truck back in the same exact condition. Supposedly they replaced $1,400 in parts and when he realized he didn’t know what he was doing, he gave up. And charged me for all the parts that didn’t need to be replaced. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
