One of the (young white male) employees called me a "raging cunt" and another (young white male) employee called me a "bitch" in response to request that they knock on the door and introduce themselves before walking around my property. And, damaged landscape lights and fencing during set-up. And, failed to set up tables and chairs as promised (but expected us to fold everything up for them). Clearly, each and every negative review posted mentions his short comings and if it looks like a duck and it walks like a duck...Below is a response to my call inquiring when I could expect the bouncer to be picked up. Truly Outstanding Customer Service! In these days of social distancing I wanted to come home (Brighton class of 1982) and visit my parents with my kids but COVID made us want to socially distance as much as possible. A large outdoor tent seemed like a good idea and Asaro Tent Rental made that EASY. They are the best customer service company I have dealt with in years.
