Asara Physical Therapy was recommended to me by my doctor for a balance/dizziness issue that I was having. The therapists at Asara, both Asa and Taylor were wonderful and extremely professionalp. They seemed to take my progress personal and worked with me closely at each session. Taylor continued to come up with exercises that challenged me and helped me make progress. I would highly recommend Asara Physical Therapy.
When I started therapy at Asara, I needed a cane to walk. I can now do wind sprints. This is significant because I had surprisingly persistent crystals in my ears causing BPPV. Fortunately, Asha (one of the therapists) was more persistent than the crystals. She found a possible link between vitamin D deficiency and crystals in the ear. Blood tests verified the deficiency, and vitamin supplements solved it. Within 4 - 5 weeks of the supplements the BPPV stopped. I had a great experience with Asara Physical Therapy. The doctors were kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I especially appreciated how they used technology to help diagnose and treat my vestibular issues, which made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. This place gave me my life back by taking care of my vertigo and nausea that came with it. Rarely I get a flare and I get in right away and Asha is able to accurately diagnosis and treat and I leave almost always 100% better. My ENT could not help with my BPPV for 10 years. Asara is the place I f you suffers from vertigo, balance or vestibular migraines. 10:10 recommend.
