I sent in a Climate Control from a 2004 on 10 April 2017. He received the unit on Friday 14 April. He has had the unit since the 14th and has not repaired or returned it to me. He refused to answer emails and on the phone he is loaded with excuses. After almost a month, no control unit and no refund and no more communications. ASAP Speedo advertised thru Bonanza web site and they do nothing except respond to emails. PayPal was the pay agent but they deny payment but they processed the repair fee which Asap Speedo possesses.
Took weeks to get my cluster back and then it arrives not working. Tried numerous times to get someone to return my calls. I'm out cost of repairs, shipping and time taking cluster back out to send to a reputable business. Don't get scammed. Stay far away from these crooks. Wished I would have read there reviews before I sent them my business. Low scores on every site.
I sent 2 escalade speedometers in for repairs & when I got them back (in a timely manor) but 1 has problems with the drivers information display (being on & off) I called & Chris said he has everything shut off that he would call me back on Monday, we r still waiting after several calls & no return calls. Should have read the reviews on this Co. Not a reliable Co. People need to know about them so it doesn't happen to them. Thanks Marty
Quick Turn Around.Problems Fixed, Looks Great & Great Customer Service
First day I called I was put through to somebody to help me. Was told to get them a part number. At this time they seemed like a decent place to do business. Called that afternoon to give part number. No answer so I left a message. No call back to me. So I called the next few days a couple times a day. After four days I got ahold of them. I had my 2003 GMC Yukon ABS module repaired by ASAP Speedo and i couldn't have been happier with the friendly and quick communication I received. Shipping was super quick and best of all, it fixed all my problems. Price was also a good selling point for me. I highly recommend this place.
If the customer service is any indication I'll go elsewhere! I called them based on my mechanics recommendation. Dawn spoke to me 2x. Danced around my questions and now when I call, my call goes to voice mail immediately. Ive left 4 mssgs since Wednesday and Zero response! Gee I guess they have all the business they can handle. Going to Dickson Speedo now.
