Fast, efficient and friendly. These guys are a top notch team.
Absolutely one of the best experiences! They came out the next day after we called and got the problem fixed. Everyone that I dealt with was polite and professional. They explained and showed me everything that was going on. We will definitely be using this company again for any of our septic needs.
Kept being told they would come out on this date or that. Never came out in about a year, huge waist of time. Sad there's so much work around even people like this can stay in business.
I was a contractor in Florida in a small town, so I have had quite a few septic systems installed. ASAP did a system for me in Chocowinity, since they are the only ones that service that area. When the first rain came, within a few days of the tank being installed, there was a 18" trench around the entire tank. Called Chad and was told he would make the situation right, since he was out of town when his crew did the install.
