DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Worst company I ever dealt with in my life. Can not organise the booking, onlt after money form customer, but no service, no attitude, no business mind.
Mechanic was double booked, resulting in a large waste of time. The offshore booking system was chaotic and very difficult. Stuart my mechanic was very good but too little too late.
EDIT: thanks for your reply, but doesn’t change the fact that issues that should’ve failed the RWC, were missed or ignored and I have had to pay for the remedy of these myself after trusting a dealer and a RWC company. Bought a car from Titan Vehicle Brokers and they rely on this place for legitimate roadworthys. I contacted the dealer and these guys within days of buying a car, brakes weren’t right and car was bumpy. Booked in at Toyota to have them looked at it. Terrible - unreliable and non-responsive. I was left waiting 3 hours after my scheduled appointment without any sort of updates and then when I had to leave because I couldn’t wait with the vehicle any longer, I was told I’d be charged a cancellation fee. Just be aware their attendance is provided as a whole day window on their T&C’s, despite when you’ve booked your appointment, and you won’t receive any communication from them to let you know what the status is. Picked up a 3.5T ATM caravan these clowns provided RWC for in last two weeks. Two missing reflectors, (now replaced) and the handbrake was completely out of adjustment, and not able to activate satisfactorily(yes not an easy fix, jack up for one side and wheel off, otherside doable in-situ. That was a 2.5 hour job. Appalling standard of attention and a critical safety item, what were you thinking.
