Called Ed on Sunday morning to come out to truck stop in Mauston to force a parked regen on our truck. Ed spent a couple of hours trying everything to force the regen but could not. Ed suggested we take it to Peterbilt in Tomah. Despite spending hours trying he refused to charge us as he could not fix it. I will definitely use and refer his services. Nice to find an honest after hours service.
4 weeks later trucks done quote 9655 bill come to 12,575 I can see a 500 to 750 difference not 3000 never recommend to anybody last head I had done same engine was 1500 in labor they charged 28 hrs times 125.00
We had a truck broken down (needed a starter) in Mauston, WI and called ASAP to tow us to the repair shop. They were quick, fair and super nice! Usually I am cautious with towing companies because, well we all know why, BUT ASAP is one you can trust. We are an OTR fleet and its hard when a truck breaks down... finding businesses you can trust is important and today, in WI, we found two. Asap and Kriete. Thank you, ASAP!
