We had some siding repaired and our whole exterior painted. At our first meeting, it seemed our concerns were being heard. Once we paid our deposit, however, there were complaints about our requests being too difficult (painting the trim, gutters, eaves, and soffit white), even though that is what we originally had told him we wanted.
