Pretty sure they broke the handle to the filter. I heard him cuss as I walked into the backyard. He said that someone broke it, but I oversee any worker that comes to my house and I know it wasn't broken before. I asked him if he had a filter on the truck, but he said no. It would be a good idea if you started carrying some since I bet this happens often. Also on your website it states $325 an hour. Since they were only here 20 minutes I questioned him about it.
