Pretty sure they broke the handle to the filter. I heard him cuss as I walked into the backyard. He said that someone broke it, but I oversee any worker that comes to my house and I know it wasn't broken before. I asked him if he had a filter on the truck, but he said no. It would be a good idea if you started carrying some since I bet this happens often. Also on your website it states $325 an hour. Since they were only here 20 minutes I questioned him about it. Ubi Diaz came out before the appointment and had everything done in no time they inspected my tank pumped it out cleaned it and gave me some good advice on how to keep my system running smoothly I will def be scheduling all my septic services with them and the price was very reasonable def 5 star
