My kitchen faucet needed replacement. I called around and this one called me back, even discussed good brands to buy (I had no idea), was competitively priced with others. Came out and checked water pressure and ended up fixing a PRV that was leaking. I am shocked I have this all done within a day of initially calling!! Will call on again.

He quickly and accurately identified the source of the leak, explained the solution, and indicated the cost. He patiently answered all my questions, teaching me some things about plumbing and drainage in the process.
