Great experience. The movers were efficient and careful with their work. Price was competitive to other companies.
Movers damaged three items --- smashed my ceiling which they fixed professionally the next day, but also smashed a picture frame and a shoe rack and never returned any calls or texts about fixing it and basically ghosted us about these items. When we booked the move and day of Nissan responded in minutes and was very available so they only seem to care about closing the deal but not about actual customer satisfaction.
